Revenue from operations also grew by <strong>8.2%<\/strong> to reach <strong>\u20b928,862 crore<\/strong>. The company&#8217;s performance exceeded market expectations, with an <strong>EBIT margin<\/strong> of <strong>18.6%<\/strong>, representing a sequential increase of <strong>149 basis points<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimal Impact on Operating Margins<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the salary hike, HCLTech expects the increase to have a <strong>minimal impact on operating margins<\/strong> for the December quarter. The number of employees eligible for the hike will depend on the company&#8217;s <strong>annual review cycle<\/strong> and the eligibility of <strong>lateral hires<\/strong>, who qualify for the raise after completing a year of service.
