The United Kingdom’s policy of excluding Indian nationals traveling to Canada from requiring transit visas has played a major role in the surge of asylum petitions, which increased elevenfold between 2018 and 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The predicament draws attention to the intricate difficulties in controlling immigration and emphasizes the necessity for closer international cooperation to close gaps in visa and transit regulations that illegal immigrants take advantage of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
