The new Curvv coupe SUV’s release date for the Indian market has been confirmed by Tata Motors, and the much-awaited car is to be launched in India on 7 August 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Curvv will be the first vehicle in its class to be available with both ICE and EV drivetrains. It promises 500 kms on single charge.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tata Motors Confirms Curvv\u2019s Release Date in India<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s uncertain if the costs for the two powerplant variants will be disclosed on launch day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tata Motors’ teaser trailers have unveiled the Curvv’s salient characteristics. The external includes dual pod vertically stacked LED headlights and LED DRLs like the Nexon line. The Curvv will feature a sloping roofline, flush-fitting door handles, and new alloy wheels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There may be an LED light bar on the back in addition to wraparound inverted L-shaped LED taillights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior features include paddle shifters, ventilated front seats, and a sunroof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The vehicle will include a totally digital instrument panel and a large touchscreen infotainment system along with Drive modes, an ADAS suite, and a two-spoke steering wheel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Engines available for the ICE variant will be 1.5-liter diesel and 1.2-liter turbo-petrol and transmissions that are manual or automatic will be matched with these engines. The electric vehicle version’s technical specs are unknown. The electric model should have a 500-mile range on a single full charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teaser of Tata Curvv<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company recently released a teaser of the car suggesting at its coming launch. The teaser read \u201cA new icon \u2013 A new silhouette \u2013 An SUV coup\u00e9. #TataCURVV #TataCurvvEV \u2013 coming soon\u201d. The teaser appears to be a silhouette of the car along with few design elements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking inspiration from its larger siblings, the Harrier and Safari facelifts. Curvv expected to have a tall bumper with a wide air dam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Curvv EV is expected to offer an impressive range of 400-500 km on a single charge, thanks to its larger battery pack, with regard to powertrain. The Battery of Curvv EV is notably higher than the Nexon EV, which has a 30.2 kWh battery pack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
