The CCI\u2019s investigation unit, in a 142-page report, stated that Apple exerts “significant influence” over how digital products and services reach consumers through its iOS platform and App Store. The report emphasized that app developers are left with no choice but to comply with Apple’s stringent terms, which include the compulsory use of Apple\u2019s billing and payment system.
