At the moment, the battery on iPhones is secured by adhesive strips, which require specific tools to remove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apple intends to employ &#8220;electrically induced adhesive debonding,&#8221; a method that employs a little electrical shock to loosen the battery, in order to abide by the new rules.
