The company aims to fuel its workforce as it anticipates a demand resurgence in the current fiscal year.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ramping Up Hiring Amid Optimism<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TCS&#8217;s latest recruitment drive marks a significant uptick in its fresher hiring strategy, with the company aiming to bolster its talent pool amidst optimistic projections for demand recovery in the upcoming financial year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hiring spree comes after TCS announced last month that it had initiated fresher recruitment through the National Qualifier Test (NQT), with the application deadline set for April 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Diverse Opportunities and College Reactions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TCS&#8217;s hiring spree encompasses three distinct categories: Ninja, Digital, and Prime, offering varying annual packages ranging from \u20b93.36 lakh to \u20b99-11.5 lakh.
