Infosys is enticing employees to return to the office through an array of perks and amenities<\/a>, after two years of remote and hybrid work models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food Courts, Green Spaces Part of Allure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The IT services giant has decked out its campuses with expansive food courts, convenience stores, lush greenery, and recreational zones in hopes of drawing employees back onsite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Infosys executives say the “thoughtfully designed workspaces” and “serene environments” will enable greater collaboration and innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tech firm has introduced wellness centers at its campuses, replete with gyms, yoga and meditation rooms to help reduce employee stress. Quiet rooms allow uninterrupted focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“We have created spaces for informal and planned collaboration, as well as areas where employees can rejuvenate their minds with activities such as gardening,” said Richard Lobo, Head HR at Infosys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Targeting Majority On-Site Return in Coming Months<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Infosys is aiming for a majority of its employees to return onsite in the coming months after two years of dispersed remote and hybrid arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

India’s second-largest IT services company had enabled temporary remote work early in the pandemic but is now keen to restore in-person teamwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Infosys currently has over 3.7 lakh employees globally, with the majority based in India across its development centers and campuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
