But skills like data, analytics, machine learning and cybersecurity require urgent upgrading to tap opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education Curriculum Doesn&#8217;t Meet Industry Needs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Srivastava highlighted India&#8217;s technical education lag where under 1% institutes meet software industry standards, preventing maximizing job creation. In contrast, countries like China and Israel have aligned education to fuel tech innovation and opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recruitment firm Xpheno estimates demand bouncing back for specialized roles in user interfaces, data science etc. amid expected industry growth.
