This is Claire with the latest news on artificial intelligence startup OpenAI. The company announced the launch of its GPT Store<\/a> this week – a marketplace within the popular ChatGPT chatbot where users can discover and create customized AI applications known as GPTs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"OpenAI<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

For example, GPTs may be designed specifically for teaching math, checking writing, generating art or even telling jokes. The GPT Store represents OpenAI’s strategy to build on ChatGPT’s viral consumer success in 2022 and keep users engaged. ChatGPT introduced many people to the wonders of generative AI that can write remarkably human-like text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The store will initially only be available to paid ChatGPT subscribers. In coming months, OpenAI intends to let GPT creators monetize their personalized bots as well. The startup first revealed plans for the GPT Store at a developer conference in November, but had to delay the launch to improve the technology based on user feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New ChatGPT Version for Business Use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In other news, OpenAI has introduced ChatGPT Team – a specialized enterprise version of the chatbot that companies can purchase for employees. ChatGPT Team costs between $25 to $30 per user monthly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It allows businesses to keep sensitive data private by segregating company information entered into the AI. The launch comes amidst reports of ChatGPT driving increased productivity when deployed internally by companies. However, businesses require ways to prevent confidential info leakage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OpenAI continues to rapidly iterate its AI products to match user needs. The startups’ growth exploded since ChatGPT took the world by storm last year. However, novelty wearing off resulted in some decline in usage over time. The GPT Store and ChatGPT Team showcase OpenAI’s efforts to provide ongoing value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
