{"id":1274440,"date":"2023-10-16T09:38:21","date_gmt":"2023-10-16T04:08:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/?p=1274440"},"modified":"2023-10-16T09:38:56","modified_gmt":"2023-10-16T04:08:56","slug":"tata-harrier-2023-facelift-pre-orders-start-5-facts-you-should-know-before-booking-this-tata-suv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/tata-harrier-2023-facelift-pre-orders-start-5-facts-you-should-know-before-booking-this-tata-suv\/","title":{"rendered":"Tata Harrier 2023 Facelift\u00a0Pre-Orders Start: 5 Facts You Should Know Before Booking This Tata SUV"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tata Motors\u2019 midsize SUV Tata Harrier is now being offered in a facelifted version.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is available for preorders for Rs 25,000 both online and at its dealer network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"465\" src=\"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Untitled-design-1-4.png\" alt=\"Tata Harrier 2023 Facelift\u00a0Pre-Orders Start: 5 Facts You Should Know Before Booking This Tata SUV \" class=\"wp-image-1274481\" srcset=\"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Untitled-design-1-4.png 1000w, https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Untitled-design-1-4-300x140.png 300w, https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Untitled-design-1-4-768x357.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It is available in four variants: Smart, Pure, Adventure, and Fearless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exterior<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The facelifted fascia is the same as the entry-level Smart trim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, it&#8217;s got the same vertically stacked LED projector headlights in the triangular-ish housings, connected LED DRLs, and a blacked-out grille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There&#8217;s also a black air dam and a silver skid plate in the bumper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, being a lower variant, it misses out on LED fog lamps but does get a shark fin antenna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coming to the profile, this is also the same as the base-spec Smart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, it has the same 5-spoke alloy wheels along with the \u2018Harrier\u2019 badging on the lower portions of the front doors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It gets a connected LED tail light setup, wiper and washer, and a chunky silver skid plate at the rear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u2018Harrier\u2019 moniker on the tailgate is written in a new font.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Interior<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cabin doesn&#8217;t see many changes either.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It gets two digital displays (10.25-inch each for infotainment and instrumentation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, it has the same dual-tone cabin theme with grey fabric upholstery and the touch-controlled climate control panel same as the Smart variant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For what it&#8217;s worth, it gets a fresh 4-spoke steering wheel with audio and calling controls and the illuminated \u2018Tata\u2019 logo, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 6-speaker music system, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, and a 45W Type-C fast charger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Higher variants get a bigger 12.3-inch touchscreen unit, voice-activated dual-zone climate control, a 10-speaker JBL sound system, voice-enabled panoramic sunroof, and ventilated front seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Pure variant gets six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a reversing camera, and cornering stability control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other variants get a driver-side knee airbag (seven in total), a 360-degree camera, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Powertrain<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here it&#8217;s still the same, a 2-litre diesel engine (170PS\/350Nm) and the same 6-speed manual and automatic transmission options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This variant can be picked with the manual gearbox only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, it is slightly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cardekho.com\/india-car-news\/tata-harrier-facelift-pure-variant-explained-in-5-pics-31566.htm\">more <\/a>fuel efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Launch<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Harrier facelift is expected to arrive in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Price is likely to be around Rs 15 lakh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rivals include the Mahindra XUV700, MG Hector, Kia Seltos and Hyundai Creta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.carwale.com\/tata-cars\/harrier-facelift\/\">Image Source<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tata Motors\u2019 midsize SUV Tata Harrier is now being offered in a facelifted version.&nbsp; It is available for preorders for Rs 25,000 both online and at its dealer network.
