Insights from tech analyst Mark Gurman suggest that the Apple Watch X might feature a more streamlined design and introduce a novel magnetic mechanism for attaching watch bands. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He stated in his newsletter\u2019s latest edition, PowerOn,  \u201cApple is planning a \u201cWatch X” model to mark the device\u2019s 10-year anniversary, and it promises to be the biggest overhaul yet. The category was unveiled in 2014 and released the following year, so Apple is planning to launch Watch X either in 2024 or 2025.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The current design, involving sliding and locking bands, takes up internal space, limiting potential enhancements such as larger batteries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gurman also suggests that Apple is exploring a magnetic attachment system to free up space for improvements, potentially impacting band compatibility. However, the specifics of this mechanism within the Watch X remain uncertain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apple Watch X To Come With Blood Pressure Monitoring<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond aesthetics, the Watch X could introduce advanced features like a micro-LED display and sensors for blood pressure monitoring, potentially indicating a strategic shift similar to that from the iPhone 7 to the iPhone X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initial reports hinted at delays in microLED-equipped Apple Watch releases, but this report contradicts the claim, suggesting an earlier launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
