{"id":1246868,"date":"2023-06-27T06:31:15","date_gmt":"2023-06-27T01:01:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/?p=1246868"},"modified":"2023-06-27T06:31:51","modified_gmt":"2023-06-27T01:01:51","slug":"maruti-suzuki-will-launch-3-hybrid-1-new-electric-car-in-india-maruti-invicto-hybrid-swift-more","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/maruti-suzuki-will-launch-3-hybrid-1-new-electric-car-in-india-maruti-invicto-hybrid-swift-more\/","title":{"rendered":"Maruti Suzuki Will Launch 3 Hybrid &#038; 1 New Electric Car In India: Maruti Invicto, Hybrid Swift &#038; More!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Maruti Suzuki is planning to launch an EV along with three hybrid vehicles as it expands its hybrid vehicle range in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"465\" src=\"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Untitled-design-5-8.png\" alt=\"Maruti Suzuki Will Launch 3 Hybrid &amp; 1 New Electric Car In India: Maruti Invicto, Hybrid Swift &amp; More!\" class=\"wp-image-1246980\" srcset=\"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Untitled-design-5-8.png 1000w, https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Untitled-design-5-8-300x140.png 300w, https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Untitled-design-5-8-768x357.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maruti Invicto<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The premium MPV, the Invicto, is set to arrive in the Indian market on July 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is <a href=\"https:\/\/gaadiwaadi.com\/maruti-suzuki-to-launch-an-ev-3-hybrid-vehicles-in-india\/\">based <\/a>on the outgoing Toyota Innova Hycross with design elements borrowed from the Grand Vitara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The front fascia will resemble the Grand Vitara, while the rest of the vehicle will be similar to the Innova Hycross.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The latter gets two engine options \u2013 a 2.0L NA petrol engine with mild-hybrid tech, and a 2.0L strong-hybrid petrol engine, and Maruti is expected to offer the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New-Generation Maruti Swift<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The next-generation model will likely be unveiled early next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will be built on the HEARTECT platform, which also underpins the Baleno and Fronx.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will also undergo design changes with enhanced build quality, and a host of new features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will run on a new 1.2L petrol engine with strong hybrid technology, which should offer good fuel efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New-Generation Maruti Dzire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sub-4 meter sedan is set to launch in the near future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will share the same HEARTECT platform as the Swift which promises improved safety and dynamics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new model will also feature refreshed styling, upgraded interiors, and better equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will be powered by a 1.2L strong-hybrid petrol engine the same as the next-gen Swift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maruti Suzuki eVX<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this, the company will make its much-anticipated entry into the electric vehicle segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will come equipped with a 60kWh battery pack and built on a born-EV platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The automaker promises an impressive range of 550km on a single charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The eVX is expected to rival popular electric SUVs like Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV400, and even MG ZS EV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.overdrive.in\/news-cars-auto\/maruti-suzuki-invicto-mpv-to-be-available-in-a-single-top-spec-variant\/\">Image<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Maruti Suzuki is planning to launch an EV along with three hybrid vehicles as it expands its hybrid vehicle range in the country.
