(Check Features, USPs, Variants)\" class=\"wp-image-1245098\" srcset=\"https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Untitled-design-2-4-1.png 1000w, https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Untitled-design-2-4-1-300x140.png 300w, https:\/\/trak.in\/stories\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Untitled-design-2-4-1-768x357.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The much-anticipated crossover is positioned between the Baleno and Brezza in the Maruti Suzuki lineup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It comes in five trims \u2013 Sigma, Delta, Delta+, Zeta, and Alpha, along with five monotone and four dual-tone colour options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exterior<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The front is made up of a large hexagonal grille separated by a chrome bar and sleek-looking LED headlamps with DRLs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The side\/profile gets a sloping roofline which lends it a coupe-like appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is supported on 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rear is made up of a full-width LED tail bar, a huge skid plate, and an integrated spoiler on the roof.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Interior<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inside, the cabin comes wrapped in a black and wine interior theme with faux leather upholstery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interior also gets a nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It comes equipped with a 360-degree camera as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interior also features a wireless charging pad that is positioned in front of the gear lever and underneath the aircon controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is also the connected-to-car tech which helps the vehicle to connect to a mobile app and a smartwatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Safety duties are handled by six airbags, ABS with EBD, hill-hold assist with rollover mitigation, ISOFIX, and brake assist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Powertrain, transmission<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aside from the Baleno\u2019s 1.2-litre petrol engine that produces 89bhp and 113Nm of torque, the Fronx is also offered with a 1.0-litre booster jet petrol engine that makes 99bhp and 147.6Nm of torque.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The former is available with a five-speed manual transmission or an optional AMT, while the latter can be had with either a five-speed manual or a six-speed torque converter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Price, competition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It comes at a starting price of Rs. 7.46 lakh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Itcan also be bought via Maruti Suzuki <a href=\"https:\/\/www.carwale.com\/news\/maruti-suzuki-fronx-launched-now-in-pictures\/\">Subscribe <\/a>at a monthly subscription fee starting from Rs. 17,378.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will compete against the Mahindra XUV400, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Renault Kiger, and Nissan Magnite.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Maruti Suzuki has launched the Fronx crossover in India.&nbsp; Variants The much-anticipated crossover is positioned between the Baleno and Brezza in the Maruti Suzuki lineup.
