This helps Pickright in providing unparalleled service and make smart financial advice accessible to everyone. Our combined efforts will revolutionize the wealth-generation space, empowering users with groundbreaking engagement and innovative advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) How do you see this merger or acquisition creating value for both companies and their stakeholders?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuvama wealth is a force to reckon with within the financial industry. Pickright being at a nascent stage and getting associated with Nuvama wealth will help Pickright to position itself as a trusted wealth management platform. With Nuvama\u2019s experience and backing, we will grow and create the right wealth tech platform catering to the next generation. For Nuvama Wealth, it will be a valuable addition to addressing the news of clientele by providing them with a smart advisory across asset classes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3) How will the integration of the two companies be managed, including organizational structure, culture, and systems?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pickright continues to operate on its own, following the startup culture with a small team. As mentioned earlier this will be seen as a strategic investment rather than a merger.&nbsp; Pickright will retain its startup culture and flavor, we remain Pickright and work with partnerships with all brokers in India. Thus creating a true wealth management product for the next billion investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4) What does the merger mean for your customers and how will it impact them?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideally, there is no impact on the customers. If at all, it will have a good impact as we will be having the backing of the wealth management leaders, this will lead toward greater trust on the platform and the advisory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5) What are the long-term goals and vision for the combined company after the merger or acquisition?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Pickright, Creating a multi-diverse asset wealth management platform with smart advisory has been the goal and we will be working on the same. Investing is made easy with Pickright.
