TCS Amongst “America’s Best Large Employers” Annual List by Forbes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can see India on the global map and a recent testimony to the same is TCS being listed<\/a> in the Forbes annual list of “America’s Best Large Employers”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is based on the survey of over 45,000 employees working for American companies with more than 1,000 employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suresh Muthuswami, Chairman, TCS North America, said in a statement that “TCS has focused on creating an employee-friendly workplace that fosters innovation and empowers people to grow both personally and professionally”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He added that “We will continue to invest in our people and culture to ensure TCS remains one of the best employers in the US and around the world\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company said that in the IT services domain, TCS is one of the largest recruiters in the US as it has hired more than 21,000 people over the last three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its diverse and engaged workforce of more than 45,000 people across the US, collaborates with global teams to help customers innovate, transform, and grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, through its professional development initiatives and digital skills programmes, the company has also become a top employer by consistently investing in the talent and has set the industry standard for talent retention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the US, TCS is consistently recognised by the foremost authorities of corporate reputation. TCS has also been recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the world’s most admired companies in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
