The 61 km between Nidaghatta and Mysore and the 58 km between Bengaluru and Nidaghatta of high-speed corridor are being built in two distinct phases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The highway features eight kilometer elevated corridors, 42 small bridges, 64 underpasses, 11 overpasses, four Road-Over-Bridges (ROBs), and five bypasses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking at the event, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said that the new road will make it possible to travel in one hour from Bengaluru to Mysuru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per Gadkari, \u201cWith this new road, travelling from Bengaluru to Mysuru will be possible in 1 hr. Ring road worth \u20b917,000 crore to be constructed in Bengaluru which will help in direct travelling to Mysuru. This will help in attracting more tourists. These projects will help in employment generation also.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PM To Lay Cornerstone For Four Lane Highway Between Mysuru and Hushalnagar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, PM Modi will lay the cornerstone for the four-lane highway connecting Mysuru and Hushalnagar. According to the statement, the 92 km long road project will be built for about 4,130 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the report, the project will significantly improve connectivity between Kushalnagar and Bengaluru and reduce travel time from approximately 5 to only 2.5 hours. The prime minister will dedicate IIT Dharwad to the country in Hubbali-Dharwad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prime Minister Modi laid the institute&#8217;s foundation stone in February 2019. The institute, which cost over 850 crore to develop, now provides four-year B.Tech. programmes, five-year, multidisciplinary BS-MS programmes, M.Tech., and Ph.D. programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Shree Siddharoodha Swamiji Hubballi Station, he will also dedicate to the country the world&#8217;s longest railway platform. Recently, the Guinness Book of World Records acknowledged the record.
