ValueFirst created the WhatsApp Chatbot for the Life Insurance Corporation (LIC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IRCTC WhatsApp chatbot<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Indian Railways announced earlier this week that a WhatsApp chatbot with AI capabilities will soon allow train passengers to place food orders. The service will answer questions from customers about ordering food online and e-catering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;WhatsApp communication for e-catering services implemented on selected trains and passengers.
