Deemed To Be A University

In a major twist of events, two of India's largest & prominent educational institutes have decided to drop ‘University’ tag from their names after UGC order

After Supreme Court's recent ruling, UGC has sent notice to 123 Deemed Varsities, prohibiting them from using the word 'University' in their names.
