World’s largest social network for professionals, Linkedin, has announced the list of 25 most exciting startups to work for, in India.

Oyo, the wonder startup which has captured on the online hotel booking niche, has been ranked #1 in the list.

Linkedin India: These Are India’s Most Exciting Startups

Linkedin India calculated billions of actions taken by 50 million+ users in India, and combined the calculations with employment growth, engagement, job interest, and attraction of top talent to come out with the top 25 list of India’s most exciting startups to work for.

This is the first of its kind ranking for India, and the list has been topped by Oyo.

In the list of 25 startups, we found companies from consumer tech, hospitality, entertainment, education and more.

Interestingly, 50% of the startups listed here are B2B companies, which breaks the notion that B2B is a boring place to work.

The List Of India’s Most Exciting Startups In India!

Oyo is India’s most exciting startup, as it beat all other companies in inducing that ‘excitement’ in the workplace.

In 2016, Oyo witnessed 15X growth and turned profitable. In last one year, they have expanded to Malaysia, China and the UK.

Cure.fit, Bengaluru based health startup is at #2 position. As of now, they have these 4 openings: no-equipment gyms, health food, yoga and meditation centers, and primary care.

At #3 position is dunzo.in, which received Google’s first ever direct investment in India. Dunzo too is based out of Bengaluru, and its popularity is growing every minute. In fact, ‘dunzooing’ is actually becoming a verb!

They provide concierge services, and includes tasks such as planning a surprise party, picking laundries and more.

Powered with clients such as Maruti Suzuki, ITC and Marks & Spencer, logistics services startup Rivigo is at #4 position. They have attained an almost Unicorn status, as they recently raised $50 million at a valuation of $945 million.

Bengaluru based online general insurer Digit Insurance is placed at #5, while recommendation startup Little Black Book from Delhi is placed at #6 position.

Arnab Goswami’s Republic TV is ranked #7, while The Minimalist, a startup which was originally a Facebook page of witty content is placed at #8.

RazorPay, another payment startup from Bengaluru is placed at #9 position, and Nineleaps, a mobile apps company is at #10.
