Google Pixel 3 Features Confirmed; Mi Max 3 Leaked – Everything You Need To Know!

As far as handsets are concerned, Google is still lagging behind Apple and it has a long way to catch up. The internet search giant has been trying to solidify a place in the smartphone elite for several years now. The next generation of Pixel phones are still in making, but reportedly Google has accidentally confirmed a couple of leaked features on Pixel 3 smartphones.

Talking of third-generation smartphones, the new Mi Max 3 has been leaked as well. Spotted on Chinese social media site Weibo, the latest leak has revealed all the specifications and features of upcoming Mi Max 3. Currently, the Mi Max 2 retails for Rs 13,999 and above in the country.

Google Pixel 3 – Confirmed Leaked Features

The internet giant is supposedly working on three new Pixel 3 smartphones for 2018, which may include a mid-ranged budget Pixel 3 smartphone.

Active Edge Squeeze Feature

The next generation Pixel Smartphones will come with Active Edge feature, which was also seen on Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. The HTC-inspired feature allows you to squeeze your smartphone to activate the Google Assistant.

Wireless Charging

Google launched wireless charging back in 2015 with its previous generation Nexus 6P. For its third generation Pixel flagship, Google will be bringing back its wireless charging feature. The Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will come in an all-glass body on the out.

Android P

The next generation of Pixel smartphones will run the latest Android OS version out of the box. The developer version of Android P is already out, and Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will come with the full version in October.

Mi Max 3 – Full Specifications & Features

The latest leak on Weibo has revealed all the Mi Max 3 specifications, and it will be a massive upgrade over its predecessor.

Design & Build

The smartphone will come with a metal unibody build on the out. The Mi Max 3 is a phablet and will come with a huge screen and body.

Display

The Mi Max 3 will come with a 6.99-inch Full HD+ display in an 18:9 widescreen aspect ratio and with a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels.

Hardware

Under the hood, the smartphone will come with the newly-launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset coupled with 4GB or 6GB of RAM. The same chipset was also used in the recently-unveiled Xiaomi Mi 8 SE.

Software

The Mi Max 3 will run the latest Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, with its newly-launched gesture-based AI-powered MIUI 10 on top.

Storage

The Mi Max 3 will come in two storage variants – one will feature 4GB of RAM with 32GB/64GB storage and the higher variant will come with 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB storage.

Camera

Coming to optics, the Mi Max 3 phablet will sport a rear dual-camera setup. The smartphone will feature a 20-megapixel primary sensor coupled with a 12-megapixel secondary depth sensor.

Battery

The Mi Max series is known to come to come with massive batteries. The Mi Max 3 will come with a huge 5,500mAh battery and Quick Charge 3.0 support.

India Launch

The India launch has not been confirmed yet, but Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun has already hinted that Mi Max 3 will launch in the month of July. An India launch is expected by the end of August or September.
