This way, Marine Drive has beaten Taj Mahal, which is the most popular tourist attraction in the country, and the visible face of the tourism industry.
Besides #marinedrive, hashtags such as #queensneclace and #mumbaisunset were most popular with images related to marine drive.
New Delhi’s commercial hub Connaught Place was at #2 as the most Instagrammed location, while Taj Mahal slipped to #3.

Meanwhile, New Delhi has emerged as the most Instagrammed city in India, beating Mumbai by a comprehensive margin, which is at #2.
Bengaluru is at #3 while Hyderabad is ranked #4 in the list.
Other cities in this list at Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Goa and Surat.
#love was the most used hashtag on Instagram in 2017; while Beyonce’s pregnancy pic was the most Instagrammed image in 2017.

On the other hand, Sunny Leone has once again beaten all celebrities, when it comes to popularity on Yahoo India search.
In Yahoo India’s year end list, Sunny Leone has comprehensively beaten celebrities such as Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif and others to emerge as #1 in the female celebrity list.
