In 2003, Bridgeville, a small town in California, USA was sold for $1.8 million in an online auction on eBay. This tiny 82 acre town had only 25 residents when it was auctioned by the Lapple Family which owned it since 1972. Few years later, another town called Albert in Texas was sold for $2.5 million.

In India, a diamond ring made headlines last year, when it was sold on Bluestone for Rs 11 lakh. We will wait and see how many Indians buy Yatch online, unfortunately they will have to do away with “Kitna Deti hai”
