After you get up in the morning, what is the first thing you do?

Mornings are the most important part of your day. The morning time determines your productivity equation for the rest of the day, as subconsciously, your brain creates the blueprint of your activities for the next 12 hours. Whatever you do after getting up, it sets the tone of the day.

Having a fulfilling and complete sleep is the one of the most important ingredients of a successful time manager. If you wake up half-heartedly, with incomplete sleep and eyes burning, then it hampers the thinking process of your brain, and internally, you are jumping the red lights without wearing a helmet.

Start Your Day With Mental Exercise

After you get up in the morning, spend some time alone, preferably by meditation. Calm your mind and your internal organs, and sail through the spiritual journey of peace and harmony. Synchronize your breathings and think of nothing but vacuum.

Try it for 10 minutes a day, and slowly, the whole picture will start to materialize in front of you – Who you are? Why are you in this world? Where are you going right now? What you actually want, and Why you want it?

Make Yourself Agile With Physical Exercise

After this mental exercise, your mind is prepared and fully armored to handle the fight for the rest of the day. We recommend doing mild physical exercise as well which will relax and stimulate your organs and make them more productive.

If you can’t visit a gym, atleast take a walk and lightly jog for 15-20 minutes. Let your heart beats race through, pumping blood all over your body and sweat cleanse your skin. It has been found that doing mild exercise in the beginning of the day cleans your body from toxic substances and let your brain function at a higher frequency.

Take bath (definitely!) and wear comfortable clothes for the rest of your day. Have a heavy breakfast, and now, you are ready to tackle all the problems of this world!

At this point of time, you have achieved the right mindset and thought process which has infact, prepared you for the fight which is about to begin. For an entrepreneur, every new day is a fight with oneself – managing time, and optimizing performance both at the same time.
