This is a great post. Using apps on the go is so convenient and since they are on the mobile phone, they are user friendly as well. I call my brother a computer genius coz he creates great apps and posts them online on the TxtWeb site. Now I have asked him to create an extraordinary app and take part in their #App2Fame contest. The app can be anything, right from the most needed number daily to help from NGOs…anything under the sun. The winner will get great prizes, so if my brother wins, I will take 50% share from him. ;-)

These apps look cool, but I am hesitant to load an app with a two-week shelf limit. I have Dish and a Sling Adapter, and when a Dish coworker told me about the free Dish remote Access app I was pumped. I can take all my live TV and DVR with me on my phone (works on tons of devices), and just turn it on and watch as if I were at home. I’m sure there are some extras and perks to these apps, but with my busy schedule I’m glad Dish can bring me the good stuff on the go!
