Did you know that in the past Google has sometimes used upto 29 interviews to screen a single candidate?
Here is a nifty infographic released by Job Network portal Jobvine, which presents some interesting facts about how Google hires it’s employees!
Google gets over one million resumes a year and only about 4k to 6k people are hired out of those. Can’t imagine sifting through so many resumes and going to insane number of interviews to hire candidates!
But that’s the reason why Google is…well…Google!
