If you are into creating online videos, there is no way that you have not heard about flip Camcorders. For those who have not – It is probably the best camcorder you can have for shooting online videos.
I had bought Flip some 3 years back, and trust me this is one of the best gadgets I have ever bought – my fondness for flip beats even my latest android phone.
It has been my companion for nearly every occasion. The best part of flip is – it fits in your palm, works on normal AA batteries and has just 2 buttons to operate. Nothing fancy – but the video quality (HD) just outstanding.
Additionally, this little gem does not have any wires – The usb just flips out once you pull a small button down on the side. Plug in to your computer USB port and download amazing mpg videos you just shot.
It just cannot get simpler than this.
With my usage I did not expect it to last more than couple of years, but it has been 3 years and my first generation flip is still going strong. However, I wanted to buy the latest 3rd generation HD version, but it is available only in U.S – But not anymore, Cisco is bringing Flip Camcorder to India this year end and that too at a price starting at Rs.8000/- to Rs. 10000/-, which I think is a steal for any version of Flip.
If you are even remotely thinking about buying a camcorder, you just cant go wrong with flip !
