Server Issues – Resolved

Many of our users contacted us regarding the server issues that we had been having since today afternoon. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused to you during this time.

We were finally able to resolve the issues after 6 hours of fire-fighting. A huge thanks to Amit Singh from Amiworks for helping us out with it. He found the solution to a problem that was like finding needle in a haystack.

We did loose a few comments that were posted on the blog since today morning – We are extremely sorry for that. The last DB backup that we had was of morning around 11am.

Hopefully we will not have any more such episodes again.
