Edujini specializes in corporate training and product development. With an established client base and assured revenues Edujini labs is currently enjoying a healthy lead at number 3. Edujini current revenue generator is corporate training. They train the corporate world in various soft skills like management skills, team building skills, organizational skill, business writing and personality development to name a few.
Unlike other startups in the fray Edujini is already generating revenues in the corporate training sector. It is diverting their revenues generated from corporate training to product development. Their eLearning product Aksh that focuses on competency management and assessment is released and already has one prospective client. As per Edujini this product is the key differentiator, which bridges a lot of gaps in the existing products. This product is not generating any revenues yet.
To sell their product Edujini does not have to look elsewhere. It can use its existing client base, which boasts most of the famous MNC’s. Accenture, Covansys, Alcatel, Birlasoft, Bosch, Capgemini, Dell, Infosys, MiSys amongst others are Edujini’s clients. Edujini is planning to sell the product in the B2B model and also as a SAAS. The details of their product Aksh are not immediately available to make any comment on the sustainability of the product. Their other core services extend across the various IT expertise.
Looking at their client list, it is heavily skewed towards IT sector. This makes Edujini sector dependent, which is not a very good startegy considering the global scenario. Edujini has to look beyond IT sector to sustain. Expanding their client base to other sectors would keep the company afloat. In India their SAAS product faces the limitations of any SAAS product will face which is Internet connectivity.

Hi Sriram,
Thanks for the immediate updates.
This is good for India. I’ll be glad when they can take a more international part in sales. I think it would be a great development.

International sales is right there in our agenda.
Only that there’s already a huge market in India (sub-continent as a whole), and let’s begin with where we have strength! :)
