November 25, 2009 (FinancialWire) China North East Petroleum Holdings Ltd. (AMEX: NEP), an independent oil producing and oilfield services company in Northern China, has appointed Guizhi Ju to the companys board. Ju replaces Yu Liguo, who has resigned for personal health reasons.
Ju has more than 25 years of company leadership and management experience. She currently serves as general manager and director of Songyuan Yu Qiao Oil & Gas Development Co., Ltd.
Prior to joining Songyuan Yu Qiao Oil & Gas Development Co., Ltd., she was Founder and chairman of Songyuan North East Petroleum Technical Services Co., Ltd. in 2005 and Harbin Hongxiang Oil Service company from 2002 to 2005.
China North East Petroleum Holdings has an arrangement with the PetroChina to sell its produced crude oil for use in the China marketplace. The company currently operates four oilfields in Northern China.
