November 20, 2009 (FinancialWire) United Technologies Corp.s (NYSE: UTX) Carrier Corp. units Automated Logic controls business, a designer and manufacturer of control systems for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting and energy management of buildings, has acquired Logical Automation, Inc., an independent controls contractor.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
